ASIC (Vandalizm Records) ist vor allem eins, ein Liveact. Er ist nicht so interessiert an einzelnen Tracks sondern an einer konstanten Wandlung und Veränderung des gerade gespielten. Melancholische Sphären und Melodien treffen auf verschleppte Beats. Man munkelt sogar, dass dieser ASIC schon einmal bei uns zu Gast war, vielleicht verrät er uns dann mehr dazu.

Neben dem selber Musikmachen gehört ASIC auch zu den Gründern des Klubi in Zürich, ein Ort für alles was sonst keinen Platz findet in dieser Stadt. Zudem gehört er zu den Organisatoren des Poolloop Festivals, einem Festival für experimentelle Instrumente ganz im Sinne des Do It Yourself.

Duck N‘ Cover Records released Footwork Vinyl seit November 2011. Im 2013 wurde die erste 12 “ Maxi von einem Chicagoer-Originator veröffentlicht: EQ Why’s Enter the Why Vol 1. Im Dezember sollte die zweite 12″ erscheinen, diesmal von Traxman.
Neben den Aktivitäten als Record Label werden in Biel auch in ca. zweiwöchigen Abständen Battles organisiert (Duck N‘ Cover Battlefield), am 8.11. steht bereits die 11 Durchführung an. Aus diesen Events kristallisierte sich das DNC-Tag-Team heraus, bestehend aus den DJ’s: Supermean, DirtyDave, Kabra Mixdown und DiscargaVS.
Im Stadtfilter werden Discarga VS, Dirty Dave und Supermean für einen ordentlichen Bombeneinschlag sorgen.
